Our new space, Experience Social, will open at 250 Greenbank Road in Ottawa, taking over the former Brass Monkey location — long known as one of the city’s best live music venues. We’re excited to carry that legacy forward while evolving the space into something even bigger: a culture-driven social venue built around games, music, and community.
Experience Social will become the new home of the Ottawa Pinball Arcade, combining for one of the best and largest Public collections of Classic & New Pinball Machines as well as Classic Arcade Games in Canada with live music, themed events, and a welcoming social environment.

Pinball Medics, based in Ottawa & Montreal, are Canada’s leading pinball service and restoration experts, operating the Ottawa Pinball Arcade, the Montreal Pinball Arcade, and the Canadian Pinball Museum in Alfred Ontario, as well as Canada’s online parts superstore. Their expertise ensures that the machines in the venue are maintained to the highest standards while also bringing deep knowledge of classic and modern pinball culture.
We are also partnering with Player One Amusement Group, the largest amusement operators and distributors in the world. Through this partnership, Experience Social will feature many of the newest pinball machines and arcade attractions available today, alongside the classic games that built arcade culture.

Live Music Returns to the Brass Monkey Stage
Music has always been part of the identity of the Brass Monkey venue, and that tradition will continue at Experience Social.
The location includes one of the best sound stages in Ottawa, allowing us to host:
